These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered CRM and chatbot platform, including all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Central AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Account Registration
To access Central AI, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Central AI offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:
- Test Drive (Free): Limited access for evaluation purposes
- Starter: Essential features for small teams
- Growth: Advanced features with API access and integrations
- Scale: High-volume usage with partner sharing
- Enterprise: Custom solutions with dedicated support
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Central AI responsibly and lawfully. You must NOT:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated means to access the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
5. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By using Central AI, you acknowledge that:
- You own all data you upload to the platform
- We implement multi-tenant isolation to protect your data
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We do not share your data with third parties without consent
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process

6. AI-Generated Content
Central AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your knowledge base. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with your customers. Central AI is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
7. Intellectual Property
Central AI and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including:
- All software, designs, and trademarks
- The underlying AI models and algorithms
- All documentation and training materials
You retain ownership of your data and content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide the Service.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Credit Packages & Refund Policy
Central AI operates on a prepaid credit-based model. When you purchase a subscription package:
- Credits are granted immediately: Upon successful payment, the full credit allocation (messages, knowledge records, etc.) is credited to your account.
- No refunds on purchased packages: Since credits are delivered in full at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Package validity: Credits are valid for the specified period (monthly or yearly) and any unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.
- Free tier: Users on the free Test Drive plan receive complimentary credits with no payment required.
Account Termination by Central AI: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused credits.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration or the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
