6. AI-Generated Content

Central AI is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All documentation and training materials

You retain ownership of your data and content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Credit Packages & Refund Policy

Central AI operates on a prepaid credit-based model. When you purchase a subscription package:

Credits are granted immediately: Upon successful payment, the full credit allocation (messages, knowledge records, etc.) is credited to your account.
No refunds on purchased packages: Since credits are delivered in full at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Package validity: Credits are valid for the specified period (monthly or yearly) and any unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.
Free tier: Users on the free Test Drive plan receive complimentary credits with no payment required.

Account Termination by Central AI: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused credits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
