Find what I sell

Let Central AI read your knowledge and suggest offerings for you to review.

What it does

You have probably already told your chat agent what you sell: in FAQs, on your website, in documents, or through the API. Find what I sell reads that knowledge and suggests offerings from it, so you do not have to type your catalog a second time. Every suggestion shows the exact words each value was read from, and nothing is sold until you approve it. Your knowledge base is not changed.

In the dashboard: the Needs your review tab next to What you sell (open it). The Sales settings page also points you here when a kind you sell has no offerings yet.

What it reads

It reads your knowledge in this order, the most structured first:

  1. FAQs that carry a price above zero (from an FAQ CSV, the Knowledge Sync API or Training Data).
  2. API records you sent through the Knowledge Sync API.
  3. Web pages from web training.
  4. Uploaded documents whose text could be read.

It suggests only the kinds you ticked under What you offer on the Sales settings (every kind when you ticked none), and it skips offerings you already have at the same price.

Every value is word for word from your text

An AI model reads your knowledge and proposes offerings, but Central AI checks every value against your own text before it becomes a suggestion:

  • The name must appear, as written, in a quote copied from the item it was read from.
  • The price must be written in its quote. Bengali digits, lakh and thousands grouping (6,60,000), Tk, ৳, BDT and /- are understood. A range or two prices in one quote is refused rather than guessed. No price is ever calculated.
  • The currency is the one the price’s quote names (৳, Tk, BDT, $, €, £, ₹), or your company’s default currency.
  • “Price on request” is set only when your text says so.
  • Dates and seats for a course or event must be written in their quotes (the day, the month and the year).
  • A description is kept only when it is copied word for word; otherwise the suggestion has none.

So a suggestion can never carry a value that is not in your own text, and text in your knowledge that reads like an instruction changes nothing. Each suggestion lists its evidence (Name, Price, Price on request, Description, Starts, Apply by, Seats) with a link to the item it came from.

Run a scan

  1. Open Needs your review and press Find what I sell.
  2. The scan runs in the background and shows how many items it has read and how many suggestions it found. You can leave the page; suggestions wait for you.
  3. When it finishes, review the suggestions (below). Later, press Find what I sell again after you add knowledge: a new scan suggests only what is new or has a new price.

Review the suggestions

Suggestions are grouped by kind. For each one you can:

ButtonWhat happens
ApproveCreates the offering, checked exactly like the offering form, within your offering limit. It is yours to edit on the offerings screen, and you undo it by archiving the offering.
Approve allShown when a kind has more than one suggestion ready to approve. Approves every suggestion listed in that group (up to 200 at a time), each on its own. A suggestion without a price, or one that matches an existing offering, is skipped with its reason; reaching your offering limit stops the run.
Edit / Add a price and approveChange the name, kind, price, currency, “priced on request” or description, then Save and approve. A suggestion with no price opens this form: add a price (digits with at most two decimals, such as 12000 or 1250.50) or tick “Priced on request”.
Not something we sellDismisses it. The same thing is not suggested again.
Update the existing offeringShown when the suggestion matches an offering you entered yourself. Changes that offering’s price (unless it is priced on request) and fills in a missing description or page link. Stock, options and slots are not touched. A matching offering synced from your system can only be dismissed here: change it at the source.
DismissFor a suggestion that matches an existing offering.

Reviewed suggestions are listed under Reviewed with who decided and when, and a link to the offering created.

The page link is what the chat card’s page button opens (see the chat card). Central AI attaches one automatically only when it can tell it is this item’s page on your own site; otherwise the suggestion has no link, and you can add one before approving.

  1. Your own site only. The link must begin with https:// and be on your own site: your company website or domain, a site in your chat widget’s allowed origins, or a site you trained web knowledge on (subdomains count). A link anywhere else, such as a form, a payment page or a partner’s site, is never attached.
  2. Where it comes from.
    Read fromIts link
Web pageThe address of the page itself.
API recordFrom the record as you sent it: the first of url, link, page_url that begins with https://.
    FAQThe FAQ’s url.
Uploaded documentNone: an uploaded file has no page address.
  3. One item per link. When one page, record or FAQ yields more than one offering (a list of courses, a price list), its address is no single item’s page, so none of those offerings gets it.
  4. An item’s own link in the text. If your text gives an item its own link (a course list linking each course), the AI may suggest it. It is kept only when that exact link is written in the text and is on your own site. Links inside answers or general text are never picked up on their own.
  5. You review it. Each suggestion shows its Page link (or “none”). Change or add it with Edit; it must begin with https:// and be at most 200 characters. Approve uses the link you reviewed. Update the existing offering fills the link only when that offering has none.

Limits

  • 3 scans in any 24 hours per company, one at a time.
  • 500 knowledge items per scan, read in the order above.
  • Scans are free in this release: no chat or knowledge credits are used. An active subscription is needed.
  • Approving is limited by your offering limit.

Troubleshooting

“You can run 3 scans a day.”
Try again after 24 hours; the suggestions you already have stay on the page.
“The scan stopped responding.”
A scan that shows no progress for 15 minutes is reported as stopped. Nothing was changed; start it again.
It found nothing.
It needs knowledge that names what you sell, ideally with prices. Add an FAQ CSV with a price column, train on your product pages, or tick the kinds you sell on the Sales settings.
A suggestion has no price.
Your text did not state one (or stated a range). Add the price and approve, or tick “Priced on request”.
An offering has no page button in chat.
It has no https:// page link. Add one on the offering form, or send a url with the record next time.
