AI Lead Engagement

The add-on that follows up with your leads by email.

AI Lead Engagement Agent is a paid add-on that works your leads by email: it sends the first follow-up, writes the next ones from your follow-up plan and your knowledge, reads the replies, and hands a lead to a person when it should. It is bought separately, on these plans: Growth, Scale, Enterprise, and includes 1500 engagement credits a month (one credit is one AI call). In the dashboard: Lead Engagement → Settings.

Set up

Connect a mailbox on the Mailboxes page (linked from Company Settings) and assign it to Lead Engagement. Emails are sent from it and replies come back to it.
Tell the agent who it is: its name and title, a paragraph about your company, and your objective (in your own words: a booked demo, a paid order, an enrolment).
Write your follow-up plan: how many follow-ups, how many days apart, and what each email should achieve. Choose which lead sources to engage and your sending days, hours and daily cap.
Add playbooks (optional): instructions for one lead category, such as how to talk to wholesale buyers.
Pick a mode and switch it on.

Autonomous needs a verified, active mailbox assigned to Lead Engagement. A playbook can make its category more careful than the company mode, never less:

Where you work

The Lead Engagement section has an inbox of drafts and replies waiting for you, opportunities, conversations, a suppression list (people who must not be emailed), analytics, playbooks and offers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Signed in? Your own keys, endpoint addresses and the full error tables are on the API reference inside your dashboard. These public pages never show anyone’s key: examples use placeholders such as YOUR_EXTERNAL_API_KEY.
